FCPS Future-Ready Graduates

The FCPS strategic plan, Ignite 2030, was developed by a team of parents, students, business/community leaders and school staff.  The plan includes the competencies needed for students to be successful and “future-ready” regardless of what they choose to pursue after earning their high school diploma.
